How do I create my Madam Paris account?

We invite you to visit the Madam Paris page: www.madamparis.fr

Click “Login” at the top right of the web page. Then on “Create an Account”

Fill in all the fields then click on “Register” at the bottom of the page.

How can I update my personal information?

Log in to your account on the site, by clicking on the “Log in” icon located at the top right of the web page. Enter your email address, you will receive a code by email.

Once in your account, click at the top right on your name then profile, this is where you can modify your personal data as well as your email address

How to receive your new releases?

- Activate the possibility of receiving the monthly Newsletter, offers, as well as our blog articles. To do this, go to the bottom of the home page in “NEWSLETTER”

- Also join us on social media platforms (link at the top of the site on the left) to discover our customers' looks, their feedback, as well as our latest creations and the launch dates of our collections. Also explore behind the scenes of our designer during live sessions from our Parisian workshops, where we share details of our sourcing and recycled fabric selections.

Where are Madam Paris pieces made?

All our creations are designed, designed and made in France, more precisely in the heart of Paris.

This local production approach aims to highlight French expertise in the textile field while reducing the environmental impact linked to the transport of goods.

The location of our production in Paris allows us to visit the workshop regularly, supervising each stage of manufacturing, making adjustments as necessary.

Thus, we are committed to offering you parts of optimal quality.

This proximity to our pattern makers, our workshops and our seamstresses also strengthens our close bond with the teams, guaranteeing respect for decent working conditions.

What is the composition of your fabrics?

The composition of each piece is detailed on its product sheet.

Our commitment is manifested through a responsible and ethical approach, particularly reflected in the attention to detail we pay to the selection of our fabrics.

80% of our fabrics are upcycled from the dormant stocks of major French brands, favoring natural materials such as cotton, linen and viscose.

We avoid overproduction as much as possible.

All our tweeds come from upcycled fabrics.

How can I know the status of my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and subsequently an email containing your tracking number.

Use it to track your package and monitor the status of your order.

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

The ability to modify or cancel your order depends on its processing status in our warehouse. If it has already been synchronized, we regret that we cannot make changes or cancellations.

I have placed several orders, is it possible to group them together?

Unfortunately, once orders are placed, we cannot combine them.

I did not receive an email confirming my order even though payment was debited.

If the order placed does not appear in the “Order History” tab of your Madam Paris customer area and you do not have a confirmation email in your spam, write to us on contact@madamparis.fr

When will I be reimbursed?

Once the package is received in our logistics center, we request a refund within 14 days.

Our teams do their best not to make you wait too long, however there is always a small processing time between the date of receipt of your return and the actual refund.

Can I make an exchange?

We do not do standard exchanges. We invite you to reorder directly on our site.

What happens if the size I want is not available?

If a specific item or size is sold out, you will have the option to sign up to be notified when the product is back in stock.

How do I know if an item is back in stock?

We invite you to look at the product sheet for the item concerned and to register to be informed when the product is back in stock.
